How do I initiate a return?

Please refer to our Returns Policy page. Note that sending your item back without initiating the return first through our Customer Service team may not result in a refund.

What if I'm not satisfied with my order?

Please reach out to us via the contact form or info@formula707.com and explain your situation. We have a 90-day satisfaction guarantee and will make things right. Please refer to our return/refund policy for full details.

What if my item was damaged in transit?

If your product was damaged in transit and is unusable, we will gladly take care of filing the claim with the shipper and replace your order. We'd ask that you email us photos of the damaged product in the box to us at info@formula707.com to initiate this process.

I can't receive packages from a certain carrier. How do I notate that?

Please include that information on your order, in the notes section, prior to completing your order. We can ship UPS, Fedex, and USPS. Additional charges may be applicable in certian scenarios.

I need to expedite shipping on my order. How do I do that?

We can expedite your shipment. Please reach out to us for a quote on expedited shipping options. Please note that shipping cost for expedited shipments will be your responsibility, regardless of order value.

Where is my order?

You can easily check your order status by logging into your account. You will also receive emails with tracking information when your order is placed and ships.

How do I get free shipping?

To receive free shipping on your order, simply purchase over $100 in a single transaction, and free shipping will be automatically applied to your cart. Purchases under $100 will be charged a flat $10 shipping fee. Note that our shipping minimum threshold allows us to offer our products at a lower price, without including that cost in the product price itself. We recommend stocking up on your orders to get free shipping!

Where does my order ship from?

We are based out of LaSalle, Colorado, which is about one hour north of Denver. Our products are manufactured and shipped out of our facility.

Does the 90-day satisfaction guarantee apply to products not purchased from formula707.com?

No - unfortunately we do not oversee the customer service for other retailers (e.g. Chewy, Amazon, other websites and brick & mortar), and therefore cannot implement our 90-day satisfaction guarantee for products that are not purchased directly from us. To make sure your order has the 90-day satisfaction guarantee, please make sure that you are purchasing at formula707.com only.

I have a question about my order from Amazon or Chewy. Can you help me?

We are limited in our ability to help with orders from other retailers. While we do sell on those platforms, we cannot help with customer service for orders placed there.

Subscriptions

When I sign up for a subscription, can I cancel or change it anytime?

Yes! Subscriptions are easy to cancel or change. Simply log into your account to make changes, or reach out to our customer care team.

I have too much of my product that's on subscription. How do I pause?

You can definitely pause, or wait for a bit until your next subscription run. Alternatively, you can gift your next order to a friend easily.

Supplements

Where are your supplements made?

Our supplements are made in our facility in LaSalle, Colorado.

Can I feed your supplements to pregnant mares or breeding stallions?

Like most supplements, safe use of most of our products in pregnant or lactating mares or breeding stallions has not been studied. We always recommend seeking your veterinarian’s advice before adding any new supplements to your horse's diet, especially when they are involved in breeding activities. That being said, many of our products have been used by customers in their breeding stock. For questions on a specific product, please reach out.

Do you offer samples?

We offer samples of our pellets for palatability. Please let us know which product you would like to sample, and we can offer 1-2 servings. Note that our paste and oils are not available for samples.

How do I get a horse to eat the pellets if they're refusing to eat them?

While most of our formulas are pretty yummy to all horses (and easy to feed in a pelleted form), some horses take a little extra help. We recommend starting with a tiny amount (we're talking, one pellet) and slowly increasing the amount you incorporate each day into their grain. Binders, like applesauce, molasses, or other sweet options, can be a great option to add as well.

I am planning to use one of your "Show Safe" products in competition, how do I know it's really safe?

Most equestrian federations do not explicitly label any supplement as "Show Safe." Based on our research, items labeled "Show Safe" don't contain any listed prohibited substances. It's also worth noting that numerous customers have successfully participated in shows using our products without encountering any issues. At the end of the day, it is the participant's responsibility to check with their governing organization to ensure all products given to the horse are deemed legal.

What is the National Animal Supplement Council (NASC) and why should I care that supplements have the NASC emblem?

Search for the Quality Seal on supplements designed for dogs, cats, and horses. This indicates that you are purchasing from responsible suppliers who have undergone a thorough third-party audit and consistently meet the stringent quality standards set by NASC.

Are your products safe for other livestock?

Our products are tested for safety and efficacy only in equines. Some products have been used by customers in other species, after consulting their veterinarian.

Miscellaneous 

I have a business and would like to sell Formula 707. How do I go about doing that?

We do allow Formula 707 products to be sold by other retailers. The preferred method is to go through one of our distribution partners. Please reach out to us at info@formula707.com to be connected with one.
